Record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting. We can't accept an exchange if you don't have the video or the video you have is edited or paused.

If product is physically damaged or wrong product was sent?
We do replacement without any additional cost! Customer has to contact within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If replacement of the same product is not possible, we offer refund or replacement with other products of same value.
